Oscar started with Pappas Seafood House in Webster in January of 1990 and has been with us for 32 years! He started as a dishwasher and after seeing his work ethic on the first day he was moved to shucker. Within a few years of working, he learned all of the positions on the cookline. He is now a Lead Trainer for the broil line and fry line.

I started working for Pappas in June 1997 after my brother David and my cousin Consuelo recommended this wonderful company to me. They’re both still working for Pappas as well! I began at the location off 59 & Bellaire and have worked for Pappas for 25 years! I was on the opening team for Humble, Monroe, I-10 East at Federal and Pasadena, where I work today.

Miguel started in 1992 as a bus boy. Miguel has enjoyed learning how to work different positions within the different areas of back of the house from dishwashing, cooking, and prepping. He has done it all in our kitchen! Miguel is very familiar with the flow of our products, from receiving and storing safely, to preparing our seafood with the utmost care, and cooking our dishes to perfection. He takes pride in every position that he works and that is why he proudly wears our red lead trainer chef coat. This chef coat signifies that this individual is a leader among his peers and an advocate for the Pappas Standards of Excellence.
