Our dedicated facilities management team is the behind-the-scenes support that keeps our restaurants operating successfully, allowing them to provide our Guests with an impeccable dining experience. From our beautiful landscaping, to the finest mechanical detail, our pride shines through. Openings in this department begin at apprentice level with training and advancement opportunities in all of our areas of service.

The seasons may change, but there’s work to be done year-round at Pappas! From daily upkeep to improvements, you’ll have the stability of year-round employment.
All team members are eligible for health coverage upon hire! Pappas offers three medical plans, PPO dental, two vision plan options, life insurance, and disability insurance plans are available to management team members. Benefits are effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
Whether it be paid time off to travel or to relax and recharge, facilities management team members can accrue up to four weeks of vacation per year. Sick time and paid holidays are also available.
We help you prepare for retirement by auto-enrolling eligible team members into a 401(k) savings plan with a company contribution.
