Children

Information We Collect:
We may collect information from you in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to you: (i) purchasing a Pappas Gift Card or other products online; (ii) applying for a commercial credit account; (iii) registering for our e-mail club, either on our website or in one of our restaurants; (iv) completion of our “Contact Us” form or any other forms; (v) participating in an online survey; or (vi) voluntarily providing information to us through other means.
Information we collect may include (i) your “personal information” such as your: (name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences; (ii) any other indirectly or directly identifying information you share with us including correspondence with you via email, (iii) your responses to any surveys we may conduct for research purposes. and (iv) details of transactions you carry out through our Website and the fulfillment of your orders, and, (v) information that is provided to us by a strategic business partner about you.
Additionally, as you navigate our website, our web server will automatically collect anonymous information about you, your equipment and your activities during your visit which includes navigational data and web server logs, and may include information such as your IP address, information about your browser type and operating system, and the URL from which you came to our website.

We use the information that we collect about you or that you provide us, including any personal information, for a variety of purposes, including, but not limited to: (i) keeping you posted on Pappas’ latest product announcement, store openings, and upcoming events using our e-mail club and social media; (ii) creating, developing, delivering and improving our products, services, content and advertising; (iii) addressing product or service concerns and for loss prevention and anti-fraud purposes; (iv) for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve Pappas’s products, services, and customer communications; (v) to administer programs in which you enroll such as a contest, sweepstake or similar promotion, (vi) to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it (vii) to present our Website and its contents to you, and (viii) to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us .
Our website is currently not designed to respond to “do not track” signals from browsers.

One such third party website is involved when you purchase a gift card from us. Gift card purchases are processed by our third-party fulfillment services provider, and all information that you provide in connection with a gift card purchase is subject to the terms and privacy notice on that website. All of that information is also provided to us by this fulfillment services provider, and we will protect and use that information as provided in this privacy notice.
We may make available website features that are operated by third party social networking services.
