All team members are eligible for health coverage upon hire! Pappas offers three medical plans, PPO dental, two vision plan options, life insurance, and disability insurance plans. Benefits are effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
Eligible team members have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. Days in the office are focused on collaboration and team building (food and fun!)
Whether it be paid time off to travel or to relax and recharge, main office team members can accrue up to four weeks of vacation per year. Sick time and paid holidays are also available.
We’ll fund a Pappas dining card each pay period for you to enjoy our restaurants with your friends and family.
