Pappas Delta Blues Smokehouse (Coming Soon)
3916 Dallas Parkway, Plano
Coming this month to Plano is Pappas Restaurants Inc.’s newest concept, a barbecue smokehouse. Pappas Delta Blues Smokehouse is opening its second Texas location in the Dallas area. The first opened in Webster.
The new spot will serve aged hickory-smoke USDA Prime Beef Brisket from Creekstone Farms, Jalapeno & Cheddar Sausage, Smoked Berkshire Pork Belly, St. Louis Style Ribs and Big Boy Beef Rib. Other hearty dishes include Mississippi Catfish, Tim’s Crispy Buttermilk Fried Chicken, and Southern Grilled Salmon. There will also be a full-service bar with cocktails like a Frozen Whiskey Smash, Strawberry Habanero Mule and Leisure Sweet Fizz.
